Northbound Train is a jam band grounded in the natural wonder of Jasper National Park, Alberta Canada. We're scarlet begonias and a touch of the blues
Band members Mike Day (guitar and vocals), Tony Mastrianni (bass and vocals) and Keith Houston (percussion) were all born in the sixties. We write our own tunes and add in an electric mix of rock, blues and funk covers. We cover the Dead, covers of Dead covers, and Phish and sometimes forget what we started (~);}
We love when friends and family want to sit in. It's a big tent.
